2007 Lotus Exige S

If I don t use it for 20 days the battery runs completely out of power and I have to change it. everything else is perfect! I undesrtand that it s an extreme car but.. with a 3 pouds more battery it would me much better!
Ron from Detroit Mi :I have had a number of Lotus cars, from Series 1 sevens forward. It is a straight path from the Elevens, and Series 2 Elites to this car. I am told an owner drove his 1962 Elite to LeMans and won and drove it back
I did the same yesterday with my S at the local track, and the highpoint was the Porsche guys finally waiving the pass after not being able to shake the little car.
Hats off to Lotus, for building a racing experience in a moderate priced car, and sticking to their roots - unlike my pals at Ferrari and Porsche where the glory of the past sells the cars of today.

Upon introduction, the Exige is equipped with a standard 1.8-liter, I4, 220-horsepower, supercharged engine that achieves 23-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. A 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard.
