2008 Lexus GX 470 Sport Utility
Posted on Apr 23, 2008 under Lexus |BoRock from San Diego, CA:Love the car and all that it is. Fuel economy is 18 MPG for me which is mostly highway. I expected worse for V8 4.7L engine so I am happy to see that. Got 2008 in Nov of 2007 - afraid Lexus will change GX soon and I will not like it.

The 2008 GX 470 is a 4-door, up to 8-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in one trim only, the Sport Utility.
Upon introduction, the GX 470 is equipped with a standard 4.7-liter, V8, 263-horsepower engine that achieves 14-mpg in the city and 18-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
The 2008 GX 470 is freshened for 2008.
