Gas mileage isn’t the greatest, but that’s to expected from a sports car. Comfortable seating and holds the road very nicely at high speeds…120MPH +. Would like Mazda to produce a Speed version, perhaps with a super and / or turbo-charger…needs more torque. But overall, definately an eye catching vehicle. Considering the CC (1300) and cubic inch (80) displacement of its Renesis Engine, quite a powerful machine.

Fast enough, handles superb, has a back seat you can use and my golf clubs fit in the trunk! Average 21mpg city/highway with the best of 23mpg after installing an K+N air filter. What more could you ask for?

Love this car. Yes, the gas consumption is a little high, but for a rotary enthusiast that is the price to pay. Superb suspension, unmatched cornering capabilities,nice engine sound, feels like a sports car, and it is a sports car.

Hope mazda brings the RX7 with a 3 ROTOR 20B engine. Come on Mazda, you will loose customers to other brands because you do not want to bring in the high powered rotary engine, the 3 rotor Mazda!!!

Overall, great car. Yes, it is kind of thirsty, but it is not bad, and bear in mind you are driving a cool sports car.

Overall, I have really loved my new 2008 i touring Mazda Tribute. The small SUV comes standard with so many options that other SUV’s charge you for. The upgraded stereo sytem with the 6-CD changer sounds like you are at a concert. The seating is so comfortable, both the driver’s and the passenger seating as well as the back seat. The safty rating’s are excellent. I have had my new 2008 Tribute for about 3 months, no major trouble and the small to mid-size SUV handles like a dream. I test drove many other small to mid size SUV’s and all of them came up short compaired to the Mazda. The emergency brake really bother’s me, it should have been a hand brake. It is very uncomfortable to release the emergency brake, your face is smashed into the steering wheel to do so. The gas mileage is around 24-26 mpg overall and that is for the 4 cyl, not much pick up and go for passing but the mpg is decent. Love my new Mazda Tribute. I expect to see many of these on the roads. Overall rating on a scale of 1-5 would be a 4 1/2. Good job Mazda.

This is my second Tribute. The first one was a little rough around the edges and had to have 3 alternator replacements at $500. each.
First one had a harsh ride and not great cloth interior. Interior lighting was poor and controls were hard to find when driving. This 2008
handles fairly well and does not suffer from the bone jolting ride my other Tribute did. The body looks good. A lot like a mini 2004 vintage Navigator copy. The stereo is great and I like the printout of the songs.
My big complaint is that I wanted leather seats becasue I have dogs and instead found I got only leather trimmed seats. Just o.k.
Gas mileage seems about the same which is not great, however Mazda has dropped the price about 4 grande so it beats the competition. One amusing point is that the manual states that
the vehicle was manufactured by Ford for Mazda. So either Escape or Tribute doesnt matter.

2007 Mazda MAZDASPEED6 (Sport, Grand Touring)

Silver 2006 Speed6This is the first Japanese car I’ve owned in a long time. Th cars performance is good but the cars finish and details are rough when compared to the German cars I’ve owned for the past several years.

Turning circle is wide for a car with this performance.

It’s a fun toy, but I will go back to VW, Audi or BMW when my lease is up.
No Accord or Camry for me:Great little sleeper car. Especailly for the money. Fell in love with the very first test drive. Wife wanted an Accord. It was not bad but everyone has one. Mazda may be a Ford but just as reliable as a Honda. The accord was not very fun either. If I am going to drive this for the next several years, I want to WANT to get in the car.
I found out how much I loved this car when I had to get a rental for a week when someone busted in and tore up the center console trying to get the radio (and stole my shifter knob. ????) Helps to lock it at night. OOPS. The turbo gives awesome response. I push the petal, I want to go. Not think about it for a minute.
Best of all, not everyone has a speed6. Only 5k per yr in the US.
So sit back and hold on and try not to smile the whole time you are driving. (It can hurt after a while. But so worth it)

I only drive this when my Chevy is in the shop. It gets me from A to B.

Comfy,nice to drive,makes you feel like a millionare.Needs improvement nonetheless,costs too much.

The overall performance of the vehicle is very good.It is fuel efficient when compared to other vehicles of its breed.It is user friendly.

I have owned a multitude of luxury motor cars over the years, including a Rolls Royce Phantom, a Ferrari Mondial and a Chrysler 300. The Maybach, though squarely tested by the 300, is the best I have driven yet. My only wish is that the steering wheel came standard.

the maybach is the most comfortable car i have ever sat in my kids love and i love to turn up the radio so its perfect for me and so comfy .its also pretty expensive but its worth it

I bought this car sight unseen, except for a picture. it looks luxurious, and expensive, but it’s not stylish. I don’t drive it, my other cars give me more satisfaction.
Great Car for CruisingI only use this car when meeting with business associates because it makes a statement, not only in size, beauty, and strength appeal but also in a wonderful ride, as can only be made by a Maybach. You have to see one in person and drive it to understand this since the photos don’t come close to implying the size, grace, handling, and smoothness of this car.

I don’t use a chauffeur because it conflicts with my personality–raised in an average American home I worked hard for everything I have and enjoy doing things myself. Also, since I live in Florida (specifically, an island), I keep this car in a temp/humidity controlled garage. Just keep in mind this is not a sports car!

Ferrari style for Mercedes price!I really like this car for a couple of reasons. First of all living in a warmer climate its nice to have leather seats that don’t scald you when you sit. Also, it has a fairly reasonable price for having an engine made by ferrari (100,000ish). And finaly, when someone asks you what you drive you get to say, MASERATI.
Outstanding over all i love this car, a true looker, if your looking for a truely exclusive car this is it.

Looks Great…but waaay over ratedWith 18K miles on my 06 GS, I’m on my third set of tires. Normal driving, dealership said to expect 8-9K average. Clutch design requires $4K replacement every 15-20K, not covered on warranty. I don’t think the ‘check engine’ light has been off, for more than 1,000 of those miles. It’s usually a ‘re-calibration’ or an electronic reset, but each time, it’s a trip to the dealer. It’s also not customer friendly. No arm rest, no storage, a very poor audio system. Flimsy indshield wiper arm broke off while operating on a windy rainy day. Stupid little things too. Like turn signal indicators on normal cars have a left and right indicator. This car has just one in the center. Number of buttons to press to change from am to fm: 3. Starting the car requires key to be turned to start, but then you have to push a separate starter button. It’s too bad, because it’s a good looking vehicle. And frequently people feel compelled to give me the ‘thumbs up’ when driving by. I don’t mind paying for luxury, but when you have to pay to repair things that should be better built, well, it’s just a waste of money. Next car: Lexus LFA.

Great first impression:Great looking car with supub interior trim.
The GPS is so so and there is no blue tooth electronic which is quite disappointing. Otherwise, it is quite a well equipped passenger car.
Feel of the car was not quite “tight” at the begaining but after get to know the character of this vehicle - the handling isquite goog.
I prefer the “SPORT” mode over the regular auto - it make the transmission shift tighter and engine sounds better. Also, the suspension feels abit tighter as well.
I owned several great car over the past years, the Quattroport certainly left me with a good first impression. Will keep you advised after 6 months.

This is one of the top contenders in luxury automobiles. The ride is smooth as you can feel the powerful engine tackling any inclines or curves. I’ve decided to switch to driving this more often because it handles much better than my chevy cavalier.

i think that the Exige is the better looking vehicle because it is more realistic, more practical, better running, more efficient, more tecnologically advanced and better at everything it does than the Lambo is at anything it tries to do. the Exige will out accelerate, out handle and flat out beat the Lambo at everything except ‘top-speed’

Pete from Woburn, MA:I rented an Elise in Vegas for a day as a combination fun day and test drive before buying one. I wanted to see if I fit, because I heard it’s small and I’m not exactly tiny. It’s small, no doubt. Getting in and out can be a laugh, especially for new passengers. But OMG! This is the most fun car I’ve ever driven, hands down. It feels like a race car and even has a spartan interior like one. It’s got all the power you need to have fun without so much that you do stupid things. It’s got a great throaty sound to the free revving engine and it’s an absolute pleasure to whip around corners. I don’t care how small it is or how difficult it is to get in and out of. When I’m in, that’s the only place I want to be! If you’re a purist and want a true sports car made for drivers, not posers, this is your car. It’s reasonably priced, runs with cars far more expensive and will keep a smile on your face. What are you waiting for!
Excel for look, poor to drive and enjoy:Vary rough for normal road drive and the car over price a bit. If you want my honest opinion, don’t get this type of car. It’ll be a piece art work to keep for a long time but not for daily driving.

alessandro:I am very happy with my exige gt but battery si really too small! If I don t use it for 20 days the battery runs completely out of power and I have to change it. everything else is perfect! I undesrtand that it s an extreme car but.. with a 3 pouds more battery it would me much better!
Ron from Detroit Mi :I have had a number of Lotus cars, from Series 1 sevens forward. It is a straight path from the Elevens, and Series 2 Elites to this car. I am told an owner drove his 1962 Elite to LeMans and won and drove it back
I did the same yesterday with my S at the local track, and the highpoint was the Porsche guys finally waiving the pass after not being able to shake the little car.
Hats off to Lotus, for building a racing experience in a moderate priced car, and sticking to their roots - unlike my pals at Ferrari and Porsche where the glory of the past sells the cars of today.

Wonderful Car With Amazing Features!!I love my MKX. Heated/Cooled seats are a great feature. Comfortable interior, roomy and classy. Best saftey features. Driver airbags adjust to the seat position which is ideal for shorter drivers. Front passanger airbags turn off if the person in the seat is too small or too light. again, ideal for shorter pass. or those rare times when a child must ride up front. Side curtain airbags are perfect for owners who have children. Moving headlamps make driving at night much easier, especially on residential streets. Super sound system and DVD w/ wireless headphones. I get more compliments on this car than anything I’ve ever owned. The downside: Bad gas milage and high seats make it difficult to see cars beside and behind you. Thankfully, the backup sensor helps in this case but you must be super careful when changing lanes while driving. Brakes take some getting use to. Wonderful car, well worth the money!
